What OCM can offer

OCM offers a range of services to suit your business.  We can come to you to service or repair your medical equipment onsite, you can send smaller items to us or we can go to your client site if you have equipment offsite.  We have the flexibility and coverage to assist you wherever your equipment is.

OCM is an accredited ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation) service and repair provider. We also provide a collection service for any ACC equipment you no longer need.  Contact us directly through our booking portal or phone 0800 893 952.

You can be assured that our technicians are trained and/or experienced in looking after your medical equipment.  They are all Site Safe passport holders and have electrical registration with EWRB.

Servicing

Regular or scheduled servicing of beds, hoists, pumps and other medical equipment.

Electrical Certification

Certification to AS/NZS 3551 (applies to all beds and hoists).

Electrical Test and Tag

For non-medical devices within medical facilities to AS/NZS 3760.

Asset Management

Ask us about managing your assets.

Spare Parts

We can supply a wide range of replacement parts for your existing equipment.

Repairs

Send us your actuators, control boxes and handsets by courier.  Fast turnaround and more cost effective for smaller repairs.

OCM has supported many equipment suppliers when they are tendering for work.  You supply the equipment and OCM can put together a service plan for submission with your tender.

Warranty Claims

We can assess and carry out warranty claims on your behalf.

Commissioning

OCM can commission your new equipment at your client site, ensuring that it is set up, checked and tested so that it is ready to use immediately.

We can provide you with support when preparing your capital budget for equipment purchases.  Cost of servicing and advice on what type of equipment will be best suited to your needs.
